Hi, I’m Andrea.
An English-speaking Nutritional Therapist based near Lisbon, registered with BANT and the CNHC.
By working at the intersection of the environment, climate and human health, I aim to enhance people’s knowledge, health and lives through personalised nutrition.
I believe that food and lifestyle are powerful drivers of change, and can support individuals towards sustaining their health and contributing to environmental regeneration.
I grew up in Hong Kong and have had the privilege of living in the UK, the Netherlands, and am now settled in Portugal. Each place has influenced my appreciation and respect for food, focusing not only on nutritional value but also on its ability to connect, foster identity, and build community.
Whether you’re seeking to improve energy, support digestion, balance hormones, or simply feel more confident in your food choices, I’m here to guide and support you with empathy and understanding.
